  • Abstract
    The paper analyses the factors of influencing the freight corridor´s competitiveness such as punctuality, operating speed, convenience and freight rate etc. And then, we propose competitiveness model of freight corridor by improving the Logit method. And we take a coal transportation corridor of western as a case to study the competitiveness between the road and rail. Finally, we make a elasticity analysis on the transport mode, and discuss the change of the competitiveness while a new transport mode is introduced into the corridor.
