Abstract
Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In order to solve the problem that the present E-learning platforms are insufficient to support learning process, this paper brings the thought of workflow into E-learning environment, presents the definition of learningflow and learningflow system, analyzes the characteristics and main function modules of learningflow system, then a learningflow reference model is put forward and the key problems of learningflow system are researched, finally, a prototype system is designed and implemented.
