Scientific design on teachers´performance evaluation index and weight of vocational colleges

Besides four general evaluation index of “morality, ability, attendance and achievement”, bonus items are added to more fairly and objectively evaluate vocational teachers´ comprehensive contribution to specialty and college. AHP and ANP are adopted to design weight to better solve the problem of merely using AHP to determine weight index. So the weight will be designed more scientifically and reasonably.
