Abstract :
Multilayer perceptrons having a dynamic synaptic structure, and the way in which data are represented in such networks are addressed. A decomposition principle that provides a clear interpretation of this type of network in terms of static and dynamic components is introduced. On the basis of this result a reduced complexity network is described
