Abstract :
This paper analyzes the background of the industrial transfer undertaken by China´s Midwestern regions, discusses the methods of the impact of undertaking the eastern industrial transfer on Midwestern economic development, points out issues of industrial transfer undertaken by Midwestern regions and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions regarding eastern industrial transfer undertaken by Midwestern regions and the promotion of regional economic development.
