This paper discussed the scientific connotation and role of knowledge division and teamwork through the "Chinese hero Liu Xiang" based on method of literature and theoretical analysis. This paper also proposes the importance of scientific progress affected by knowledge division and teamwork can not be ignored. knowledge division and teamwork will be the new insights of trend in sports training and development.
