Abstract :
Brand-Pirated Cell Phone had a profound influence on mobile phone brand manufacturers at home and abroad and breaks the customary pattern. On October 2007, Cancellation of China´s mobile phone license system makes a night-time mobile phone industry from a monopoly into the excessive competition. This paper analyzes the industrial competitiveness of Brand-Pirated Cell Phone, discusses industrial transformation of the Brand-Pirated Cell Phone and the success model, and made a Brand-Pirated Cell Phone strategic transformation direction.
