We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, we analyses development prospects of the Brand-Pirated Cell Phone industry based on the development of domestic economic situation and consumer demand. This paper advice that Brand-Pirated Cell Phone manufacturing enterprises improve their own technology, enhance the overall Brand-Pirated Cell Phone quality, and strive to change Original impression of the Brand-Pirated Cell Phone in the minds of consumers. the same time, the government should policies to regulate the entire cell phone market, actively support cooperation for the Brand-Pirated Cell Phone manufacturers to facilitate cooperation between the conditions, vigorously develop the brand and create a favorable market environment for healthy development of the Brand-Pirated Cell Phone.
