Abstract
Describes the exploitation of latency in frequency domain circuit analysis. First, the authors define frequency domain latency as the property of a circuit in harmonic analysis, and discuss several simulation algorithms based on the direct method and the relaxation method. They then propose a multirate sampling technique for the FFT (fast Fourier transform) in the harmonic balance method. Finally, they apply the present techniques to simple analog circuit simulation and verify its availability
