Abstract :
In this research work we analyze the condition of modern SHF control items design on volumetric integrated circuit, the elemental base of creation of modern control items and the main control elements such as phase changer, switchers, attenuators. We also analyze the influence of destabilizing engineering and designing factors. The use of existing mathematical models of asymmetric microstrip parameters (impedance, effective inductive capacity, attenuation per unit length) not always allows to design SHF devises. One of the reasons for it is that inaccuracies caused by the technological process of production are not taken into account
