Abstract
A novel method of nonlinear dynamic circuits analysis including electrothermal interactions is presented. The method is applicable to the circuits in which the linear dynamic thermal subcircuits, the linear dynamic electrical subcircuits, and the nonlinear resistive subcircuits can be distinguished. The dynamic linear subcircuits are described by appropriate discrete models associated with the memoryless procedure of the convolution integral calculations
