Abstract
The uniform set of radiation sources in the frequency range 36-360 GHz on the base of BWO, with the frequency step=0.3 Hz were created. The sources are used in the resonator spectrometer for exciting the measuring resonator and for precise recording of its resonance curve. The dielectric absorption mechanism of modern CVD-diamonds and monocrystal silicon at the frequencies 45-360 GHz and temperature interval 20-650 C was investigated. It was shown that there is possibility to reduce the losses in CVD-diamond at least ten times as much
