Abstract
Three various methods of amplitude detector coefficient alpha measurement were investigated: using voltage-current characteristic of diode, using diode constant voltage dependence on input signal power, and modulation method with using microwave noise meter and calibration unit. Comparison of these three methods has shown, that in the big signals field measurement results will be well coordinated. At low signals field (U=<50 mV) measurement results quickly diverge, but general view of dependences are preserved. Thus, at amplitude noise measurement it is necessary to provide microwave input signal power level in the field that corresponds to the diode constant voltage to be not less than 100 mV
