  • Abstract
    In order to carry out microwave noise meter calibration it is necessary to determine parameters and working conditions of a calibration unit. Accuracy of calibration signal formation, used algorithms of calibration determine metrological characteristics of whole microwave noise meter. Theoretical and experimental researches of microwave noise meter calibration unit using modulation method are carried out. Conditions of amplitude and frequency modulation formations for input microwave signal are determined
