  • Abstract
    Mass of real-time data needs to be handled in the environment of networked manufacturing; especially, the real-time requirement of MES oriented spot management is much higher. Moreover, embedded real-time databases technology is a software technology which lies between spot data and real-time operating system. And it conforms to the production requirement of networked manufacturing on the side of running environment and running mode. Simultaneously, it can reduce network load, and simply realize the communication among production equipments, MES system and upper management system with lower cost. In this paper, embedded realtime databases technology is applied to the design of MES dynamic scheduling. The attribute of real-time data is described from tense and time. According to the constrained relationship, the data attribute association classification is realized by using C++ language. The supporting level and confidence level are used to define the gauge of relevant regulation; According to the relevant regulation, the background database is built which is needed by the scheduling function of MES.net v1.0. As a result, the application of dynamic scheduling with real-time technology is realized.
