Abstract
Experimental investigations of hemispherical dielectric resonator (HDR) placed above the liquid surface have been carried out The influence of liquid dielectric properties on HDR parameters has been shown. The fact that the parameters of E-type oscillations are more sensitive to dielectric properties of liquid (compared with H-type oscillations) is established
