Abstract :
In this paper, the method for reconstruction of 3D parameters structure (temperature, permittivity) of absorbent half-space using the data of passive/active near-field microwave scanning over its surface is presented. The method possibilities are demonstrated on the example of reconstruction of permittivity structure of human tissues
