Abstract :
In this paper the dielectric parameters of materials and biological environment are considered. The dielectric characteristics of biological environments is concerned with the theory of radio-waves distribution. Electromagnetic field inside any layers should be expressed via falling and reflected waves. The phenomena interferation, expressed by the formula, are applied not only in definition of optical constants of environment in the spectrum infrared and electrical areas, but also physical parameters of various materials and environments such as components of complex dielectric permeability and of a dielectric layer thickness
