Abstract :
This paper investigates various unsuccessful operations of the automatic transfer system in a 6.3 kV switchgear of the Hellenic Petroleum Polypropylene Plant that resulted a number of emergency shut-down incidents. Evaluation of tests performed in various relays, and during the operation of switchgear´s transfer system are detailed presented and discussed while, troubleshooting procedure is recommended
