Abstract :
In order to suppress the vibration of magnetic stage system, by law of electromagnetic induction, the conductor produces eddy current and damping force in the magnetic field by its movement, in the present study, the orthoscopic permanent eddy current damper is designed by electromagnetic theory combined with the image method, and expressed the eddy current formula of the orthoscopic permanent eddy current damper, also study the calculation method of damping force, and be applied to the magnetic stage succeed, the simulation result expresses that the system responses is decreased by 1/4 between adding damper and no damper, and Settling Time is decreased by 1/4 between adding damper and no damper, so vibration and system Settling Time can be decreased by adding damper.Last,the experiment shows that the magnetic stage which has eddy current damper can move in nano-precision..
