  • Abstract
    A wireless sensor network (WSN) is highly vulnerable to security attacks due to the numerous resource-constrained devices. It is crucial to provide security services to WSN to ensure its survival. Focusing on the authentication in WSN, we propose a robust entity authentication protocol in WSN. The protocol provides authentication services based on secret sharing scheme that ensures the survivability of the network. Analytical results show that the protocol is robust against compromised sensor nodes and efficient with low computation and storage overhead on the sensor nodes.
