Abstract :
Infrastructure is very important to the development of a city. It is a bottleneck to accelerate the development of infrastructure if the infrastructure project mainly relies on the government funds. How to select a reasonable mode for infrastructure project financing is a key factor to the success of the project. Considering the fuzziness and complexity of various decision factors of the infrastructure project, this paper proposed a novel decision model for infrastructure project financing according to the fuzzy theory and analytical hierarchy process (AHP). The practical case shows that the constructed decision model can achieve the optimal financing effect for infrastructure projects.
