Abstract :
Mechanism stability of grating transducer for vibration measurement straight affects the quality of moiré fringes; it is the main errors source in measurement process. As a sensory unit, the ruler grating is a vibrator linking with the shell by springs, which forms a spring-mass system. Spring slices with the function of restricting lateral vibration are used for bringing down the transverse vibration and torsion pendulum of grating. The design and performance analysis of grating transducer for vibration measurement are carried out.
