Abstract
A centralised control of voltage with two hierarchical levels has been studied for the Belgian grid and gives satisfactory results for the simulations performed so far. It is mainly oriented to the security: the reactive loading of the generators is almost homogeneous. The nonelectrical independence of the zones has been overcome by allowing a limited drift of the voltage set-points of the pilot nodes
