Abstract :
In the view of large transient current in constant torque starting mode for electric vehicle with motorized wheels, a ramp control mode for starting torque based on fuzzy control algorithm was proposed. By analyzing the current value in constant torque starting mode, the ramp incremental method for vehicle starting was more favorable. AVL CRUISE and MATLAB/Simulink are used to build the vehicle model and control strategy respectively, in addition the verification under the corresponding condition is performed. The results show that this startup method could reduce motor starting current, so as to achieve the goal of reducing energy consumption.
