Abstract :
A bipolar LSI A/D converter which quantizes an analog signal into 10 bits \\pm 1/4 LSB at a 5-megasample rate, will be discussed. Fabrication technology includes 1-GHz bipolar transistors, cermet thin-film resistors and a two-level metal interconnect system.
