Abstract :
Here we present an innovative spectrographic method for artefacts-free and real-time measurements of circular dichroism (CD), based on a single diffractive element. A simple, small foot-print, prototypic CD spectrograph, based the proposed method, has been built up and its performances are compared with a commercial phase-modulation spectrometer.
