Abstract :
According to the characteristics of short message services (SMS), related key performance indicators (KPI) that can evaluate its services quality were proposed and busy-analysis model was constructed. Then specific formulas and calculation steps of this model were given in details. Finally an example of SMS in certain network was taken to explain the analysis procedure and some optimizations were submitted.
