Abstract :
Land desertification has become an increasingly serious global environmental problem. The land desertification situation of Xiaobazi Township, Fengning County, Hebei Province is one of the most representative areas in capital circle. Desertification land control is a complicated system project concerning ecology, economics and society. Aiming at the two difficult problems of ecology and poverty, through sand-fixing and greening, restoration and reconstruction of biodiversity are realized and ecological stability is maintained; meanwhile, combining ecological construction, through demonstration of ecological engineering economized technology mode, local farmers´ income increases, and their environmental protection consciousness is improved. The realization of transformation of desertification prevention and control from governmental act to nongovernmental act pioneers a win-win path of improving ecological environment and accumulating farmers´ wealth.
