  • Abstract
    This paper presents a new method to recognise and locate 2-D polygonal objects. Images in question are first projected to the ρ-θ Hough parameter space where objects appear as groups of spots, each of which represents a line component. By comparison of the spots on the parameter plane, shape recognition and location can be performed on a line-by-line base
