Abstract :
This paper describes an array-fed form of the reconfigurable mesh reflector antenna which offers a more flexible reconfigurable capability. In addition to the ability to produce a variety of shaped beams by modification of a mesh reflector profile, an alternative mode of operation is offered in which a set of high-gain overlapping spot beams is generated. The essential features of this antenna are described, and some preliminary theoretical and experimental results presented
