  • Abstract
    The IT Service Organization (ITSO) is an important internal service organization in the Large Enterprise Group ( LEG ), its IT service ability determines the level of LEG´s informatization level, it is our urgent topic to research IT service ability evaluation system. In view of the current IT service system characteristics, this paper proposes a IT Service Ability Evaluating Model (SAE), including a IT Service Ability Evaluation (ISAV) algorithm and IT service level definition method. The SAE model has been practiced in a LEG and show that it is a scientific, rational IT service ability evaluation method. This paper has important reference value for enterprise or government informatization level evaluation theory, and it has vital significance in improving the ability of IT service level.
