Abstract :
Intensity dependence of OPO performance was measured to investigate uniformity in thick QPM PPMgSLT fabricated by use of single- and multi-pulse methods. A large effective aperture (fluctuation<10%) of 1.4times1.3 mm2 may be obtained in the both types of devices.
