Abstract
In this paper, we consider networked control systems where different channel of the control inputs is with different long time delay. For those unstable and/or poorly damped while observable eigenvalues, we propose a reduced-order state observer design approach. Using the reduced-order state observer to reconstruct the full-order state vector of the original system, we proved that the gamma-stability of the state error dynamics can be guaranteed. Meanwhile, the steady-state tracking of the system is achieved
