Abstract
The problem of decentralized control was investigated for a class of time-delayed interconnected systems with mismatched uncertainties. Based on linear transformation, a set of global reaching conditions of sliding surfaces for multi-input subsystems are presented. And the variable structure controllers are designed. The controllers can guarantee that the state trajectory of every subsystem is directed towards to the linear sliding surfaces. The slide mode exists and is asymptotically stable. Finally, a numerical example illustrates the proposed design approach
