Abstract :
The development of high-order, monolithic analog filters using a compatible bipolar-JFET process, will be covered in this paper. A fifth order Chebyshev 8kHz low-pass filter with 0.1dB passband ripple uses ratioed capacitors, current sources and clock frequency as precision elements.
