Abstract :
This paper describes the application of a reduced event simulation technique to the analysis of transfer lines at Ford Motor Company, Engine Operations. The technique eliminates the need to simulate parts in a system, reducing the number of events that are required to be modelled. This in turn reduces the time required for the model to run whilst maintaining the accuracy of the results that are obtained from the model
