  • Abstract
    We report continuous-wave Cr:ZnSe laser, passively mode-locked by an InAs/GaSb SESAM and generating ~100 fs pulses at up to 75 mW power around 2.5 mum wavelength. Routes to shorter pulses are analyzed and compared experimentally.
