After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper introduces the method of storing the GIS special data in the RDBMS, as a example, studies the method of the shape document storing in the relational database of IBM DB2, realizes managing the shape document in relational database and the correlation map display process, at the same time, the method to improve the speed of access data is introduced.
