Abstract :
A circuit technique, permitting typical analog system voltage (36V) operation from a circuit fabricated with low voltage (12V) digital devices, will be described. In addition to decreased die size and enhanced frequency performance from smaller parasitics, dense logic compatibility allows complex single-chip system design.
