Abstract :
This paper presents the first experimental evidence of switching a linear signal pulse by a blocker-DS in two-dimensional waveguide arrays. Femtosecond-laser waveguide writing technique is employed to fabricate Y- and T-junctions of waveguide arrays in fused silica.
