  • Abstract
EMI preventative measures should be designed-in at the start of the development of a project, to achieve compliance at production stage. In practice, EMC is often considered at the final stages of product development. Non-compliance at this late stage may require extensive design modifications, which will result in delays to production. The study illustrates the process and highlights some of the limiting factors associated with achieving compliance for a product in the final stages of the development cycle
