  • Abstract
    That is a development trend in the logistics industry that organizing a network-based, logistics business-based, agile and loose virtual logistics enterprise (VLE). However, it becomes difficult for organizing a VLE that how to manage and coordinate partnership enterprise information systems, which is different types or even heterogeneous technologies with the same types. The paper proposes a new SOA-based VLE model on the basis of analysis and comparison of other existing models, establishes the operation mechanism of the sub-model in the model in details, and defines the function of each sub-model. The Model integrates logistics business processes and business services, and makes business processes, business services and business data separated. The model can ensure good platform-independent and portability, and change the VLE with the logistics goals, time and the business process.
