Abstract :
A monolithic IC using a silicon nitride passivative self-aligned 4GHz bipolar process for a wideband frequency converter with a conversion gain of 34dB and bandwidth of 600MHz will be reported. Converter consist of a mixer, oscillator and IF amplifier.
