Abstract :
Photoconductivity, photo-carrier density and lifetime in MEH-PPV were obtained by direct measurement of photo-conductivity and photo-induced change in reflectivity. Fast transient carrier mobility of 800 (cm2/Vs) and quantum efficiency of 0.5% were estimated.
