  • Abstract
    The introduction of substitute variable, which is decision-support benefits, is to explain the relationship between the purpose of the implementation of ERP and enhancing decision-support benefits. We tests for the importance of a variety of kinds of purpose to implement of ERP in organizations by questionnaires. China\´s traditional sort order of the purpose of implementation of RRP is basically the same with other countries". However, other countries" sort order changes great. We tests for the extension that ERP enhances the decision-support benefits and find that ERP can help enterprises to enhance the decision-support benefits. We test the relationship between the purpose of the implementation of ERP and enhancing decision-support benefits and find the two are positively related. A number of standards for evaluation of ERP are established in our study. At the same time, the study of the purpose of implementation of ERP should be attached importance to. These conclusions has certain significance to further research and practices in future.
