Abstract
The design and fabrication of various Fourier and Fresnel domain diffractive optical elements for use with high power Nd glass laser systems is described. Components discussed include focusing beam sampling elements, low-loss harmonic separation filters and far field beam apodizers, which produce a uniform intensity profile
