Abstract :
This report will cover a 12b monotonic ADC utilizing a combination of a 4-bit resistor string and a 8-bit capacitor array. Fabricated with metal-gate NMOS technology, the circuit achieves a conversion time of 25μs without requiring external trimming or adjustments.
