Abstract :
An open-loop monolithic buffer with 90MHz bandwidth will be reported in this paper. Biasing of source and emitter followers insures accurate unit gain with 10mA load current. Quasi-quad FET layout provides matching and thermal gradient cancellation without sacrificing speed.
