  • Abstract
    A 7b two-step parallel A/D converter using a quantizer-subtractor circuit will be discussed. Double layer metalization has been used to reduce the die size to 2.4 × 2.5mm. Analog input signals up to 5MHz can be digitally sampled with sampling frequencies up to 50MHz.
